Meet the Author
Author Elizabeth C. Faulkner resides in the beautiful state of Alabama with her history professor husband, steadfast German Shepherd-Lab, and spunky tuxedo cat.
In her spare time, she writes spiritually inspired novels, short stories, and poetry ranging from Southern literary fiction, mythic fantasy, to supernatural fiction.
Elizabeth is currently querying her debut novel, The Secrets that Spirits Keep, a work of historical fiction set in the Deep South under the shadows of the Great War. A young preacher’s wife must confront the consequences of her charismatic husband’s catastrophic secret that threatens to destroy their family.
When she’s not writing, Elizabeth is reading on her back porch and enjoying a hot cup of tea. She can also be found at the library, biking a greenway, hiking in the Appalachian foothills, or spending time with family and friends.
Most importantly, her heart belongs to Jesus. She desires for all her ventures to point people to Him. And if she leaves nothing else on this earth, at least let her leave you with the words of Jesus: “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” (John 14:6)
